- NEWConductor Sag Calculator — parabolic sag and thermal expansion calculator for overhead conductors. Select from 15 conductors (ACSR 1/0–795, AAC Sparate/Oxlip, AAAC, ACSS, CU hard-draw). Enter span, initial horizontal tension, and install temperature; instantly get sag, total wire length, and catenary parameter at any target temperature. Temperature comparison table from −20°F to 212°F in 20° steps
- NEWConductor Sag — NESC Clearance Check for 11 crossing types (road 18 ft, railroad 23 ft, navigable water 16 ft, building 12 ft, riverbank/land 10 ft, private roads/driveways 15 ft, open field 10 ft, swimming areas 20 ft, sailboat areas 22 ft, and user-defined). Pass/fail result with actual clearance shown

ANSI O5.1 moment capacity interpolated from full H6–Class 5 tables across all heights

About This App
Built by Anthony Squires — Senior CAD Drafter with 20+ years of AutoCAD experience across architectural, mechanical, civil, and electrical utility disciplines. Background includes Autodesk Inventor (water treatment plant fabrication drawings at Biwater), AutoCAD 3D manufacturing layouts (Starbucks production line at Dennis Group), and current work as a Senior Drafter at an electrical utility engineering firm doing distribution and transmission drafting.
This app started as a personal reference tool and grew into a full 24-page suite. It's built with the specific challenges of job-site drafting in mind — the questions you actually have at 7am when a job is due. No login, no database, no server — all data is embedded in the HTML. Works offline on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and desktop Chrome/Edge.
Also building a 3DVista-based interactive pole configuration viewer at anthonyws.com/pole — and exploring Flutter to bring this reference suite to native iOS/Android/macOS as the next major step.
